Chief R&D Consultant: Professor Yu Jingchi
Founder of Suda Mingshi, Professor at the School of Physics Science and Technology at Soochow University, Director of the Modern Optical Technology Research Institute, and PhD advisor in Optical Engineering. He also holds multiple key roles in national research and standards committees and enjoys special government allowances.
Chief Ophthalmology Consultant: Professor Chu Renyuan
Lifetime Professor at Fudan University's affiliated Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat Hospital, Senior Academician at the Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology, and Chair of multiple national standards committees in ophthalmology. In 2023, he was appointed as Mason Optical's Chief Ophthalmology Consultant for life.

• Professor Qian Lin
Professor Qian Lin is a faculty member at Soochow University and a graduate advisor for master's students. She graduated from Peking University and has extensive experience in computer software design and mathematical modeling. Her designs for progressive multifocal lenses have been widely recognized by both domestic and international clients, and he holds over 10 authorized patents.
• Professor Xu Guanghua
Professor Xu Guanghua, also from Soochow University, is a graduate advisor for master's students and a recipient of the National May Day Labor Medal. With over 40 years of experience in optical product design and process development, he has been involved in numerous company R&D projects, receiving several awards at various levels. He has filed 25 patents, with 22 already authorized.
